She is a Certified Public Accountant, holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, and is a recipient of the Committee of 200 Luminary Award.

Founder of Guarino Advisors, Tracy Guarino previously built and sold ForceX, a defense technology company specializing in ISR, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance, and TTL Target Tracking and Locating software used by elite US military and federal government units. Under her leadership, ForceXscaled into a $30 million annual revenue enterprise before its acquisition by a major defense contractor.
That experience shaped Tracy’s approach to growth, governance, and operational discipline. She brings a defense grade mindset to environments that demand reliability, clarity, and long term thinking.
Today, Tracy serves as President and a member of the Board of Directors of Whering, a global fashion technology platform with more than 10 million downloads.
